For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or unsealed dietary supplement products unless the product is defective or was incorrectly supplied.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage by the customer.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning products, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In such cases:
